Entertaining for a Breast Cancer Awareness

I love boobies balloon character

Over the past couple of months, I have seen young ladies wearing rubber band bracelets with the slogan on them saying, “I love boobies.” Apparently, it is a bracelet to show support for the Breast Cancer Society.

This month I’m in negations to entertain at an exhibitors reception with an association raising money for the  Breast Cancer Society. Included is a girl holding a sign that says “I love boobies” in my proposal. Before I decided to include this design in my proposal, I asked four women of different ages if they felt offensive or a little too risky/ inappropriate for a corporate event.

The overall observation was the design was cute and not offensive because it was a girl holding the sign. I initially thought of just using a smiley face balloon but felt it was not as attractive or detailed, so I opted for a girl. I chose pink for the body color to tie in the pink ribbon concept, instantly recognized by the Breast Cancer Society.

What do you think of this design? The all-adult corporate fundraiser will be for a health industry association to raise the  Breast Cancer Society money. Do you feel it’s in bad taste, or it’s cute and appropriate for an adult function that will be raising money for the Breast Cancer Society?

  1. I do not think it is offensive. It is so very cute that it will catch on with other balloonists doing things for breast cancer awareness.

  2. Very cute and clever idea. It brought a smile to my face. I don’t feel it’s offensive at all. Thanks for supporting such a great cause.
