We entertain at restaurants to make money, generate leads, and grow our business. Picking the right night of the week to work is as critical as choosing where you live. If you live in the country, then expect to drive 30 minutes to the nearest store. The same is true with restaurants. Select a night when nobody comes through the restaurant doors, and then don’t be surprised when the tips are small.
