The minion, without followers, you cannot lead. It doesn’t matter what you do for a living without people believing in you or your cause; they won’t follow.
Think about it, if we had an army of minions to help us, imagine how easy life would be. We would get up, and everything would be done for us. I suppose we could have minions do the things we dislike or find boring. Have you ever noticed the things we dislike to do or find boring are some of the most important things we have to do as an entertainer? No matter who does the task, we still have to oversee the final project, so we become the minion in some cases. We have one eye fixated on the project to make sure it is done correctly. After all, it’s our reputation on the line.
If this was some crazy sci-fi movie, maybe I could create some. Wait! I’m a balloon artist. I can make them! The only problem is they don’t follow you unless you’re walking in the same direction as the wind blows.
