Dale will entertain Tinley Park families with his comedic balloon entertainment at the McCarthy Park Independent’s Day celebration. Kids will be swarming Dale from 5:00-7:30 as they excitedly wait in anticipation as balloon art is created before their eyes. The festival is open to all Tinley Park residents.
