Size is my Downfall

Once selected with pride, I lie there, all tattered and torn. Unwanted and discarded with others whose faith has gone. The inevitably is quickly approaching, and my days of usefulness are passing.

I feel as strong and as colorful as ever, just shorter in stature.  My need to be used is powerful, but alas, my size is my demise.

But the powers to have another purpose for me and delay my ill-gotten death by allowing me one more hooray. Out of the scraps, I a merge, just the right size to complete the job.  The last adventure connects me with others and finishes the job.

The roller coaster of life . . . a balloon scraps perspective
