MBD2 Balloon Jam 2

For the first 100 entertainers who attend mbd2 balloon jam 2 will receive a free complementary bag of balloons (100 ct) from Qualatex, samples of Betallatex balloons, 1 Galaxy Mark, a copy of Balloon Magic, Image Magazine, World Clown Association Magazine, literature on WCA insurance, Peewee Pump, Twist'em Up Aprons, mbd2 road trip registration, and more to come.

This event is free for entertainers; bring your business cards, make contacts.

What’s a Balloon Jam you ask? A Balloon Jam is where balloon entertainers, beginner, intermediate, and advanced twisters, get together and share ideas, designs, and contacts.

Who should attend? This is open to professional entertainers, balloon hobbyists, clowns, jugglers, and magicians.

Supplies, you bring what you want to use, 260’s, 350’s, 160’s, rounds, rubber gloves. Yes, some entertainer use rubber gloves to make there creations.

Cost – Free. . . BUT, I would encourage you to purchase something fron the restaurant that is sponsoring this event. Lindy's Chili/Gertie's Ice Cream.

There will be a Balloon Twisting Contest. Anyone who would like to participate in this 15 minute challenge may use any balloon you like 160's through 646's, rounds to geo's, and gluing is okay in this contest. It will be open to any balloon twister. All twisters attending and participating will do judging. If you are participating, you cannot vote for yourself, you have to vote for someone else. First prize is $50.00 cash out of my pocket. So YES, I will be participating in the balloon twisting contest!

If a tie should occur - the people who have tied can either split the money $25 each or choose to twist off, creating another balloon sculpture in 15 minutes. Then everyone votes again. But this decision is left up to the contestants if they would like to twist off. It must be a unanimous decision.
