It downloads a .exe which is only good on a pc. It had Mac as part of the system requirements. You may want to double check that there is an installer for the Mac
I normally use Safari. I was able to install it when Firefox was launched. You might want to emphasize that the toolbar is for Firefox and to install it using Firefox.
