Wow!  Boy did I ever have fun!  You couldn't have asked to meet a better bunch of people!  Dale and Michelle were marvelous hosts!  The jam was well worth the drive and I'm sure after I have had some sleep I'll be up trying to recreate some of those wonderful sculptures that were shared.

Thanks for making my first balloon jam so memorable.

Bonnie good to see you made it home OK.

FYI - Bonnie drove 7.5+ hours to attend this jam, shared and learned for another 5 hours, then hit the road and drove back home and still had time to make a post before going to bed.  Dedication like this is going to make her an excellent balloon twister and someone to watch in the future.  So for all those people who claim t be the best, keep a look out for Bonnie, shes a coming .

I want to thank  Dale and Michelle for the wonderful time I had last night at the jam.  I met some wonderful people there and learned  some cool twists as well as being inspired seeing the many talented people there and their creations.

I'll have to admit that I was a little intimidated when I was about to go in.  I havn't twisted much or for very long.  All fears were swept away because of the great attitude of everyone.  Everyone was eager to show their skills and techniques.  I was also quite surprised  when I was twisting a chain that all of a sudden there were several people watching, asking questions and learning from ME!

All in all it was a great experience and a lot of fun.  I took a bunch of photos and I create and sell websites, so I will post the pictures on my site for all to share.

Go to http://www.iamachine.com and click on Web Site Design at the bottom of the page.  When the new page opens, click on the twist kid at the bottom of the page and enjoy!

Thank you, Dale and Michelle. We had a GREAT time at the jam on Thursday. Still can't believe that Bonnie drove all that way and then turned around and drove all the way back!  Bonnie, it was a pleasure meeting you. You're a very talented lady! Rick Mohr, it was very nice seeing you again. (And I'm still trying to dissect your pocket Santa.)

Let's do this again soon. Everyone's invited to Michigan!

p.s....the food was OUTSTANDING!!!!

Oh...and one more thing. Dale, your picture doesn't do you justice.

Thank you Dale and Michelle for hosting another great Jam. The food was delicious and it is always so good to see old friends and make new ones. It was a real honor to meet Bonnie, too. She is a real honey. Here are a few pics that survived my sickly digital camera. ~~~Holly
