Forum Update

I have implemented a new warning level feature. This warning level will
reflect an individuals standing with in the forum community. The warning
level is like a yellow flag in football warning all that a violation has
occurred and the appropriate parties have been warned. After 30 days the
violation will be lowered back to normal, but if another infraction occurs
then the warning will be raised and an additional 30 day will added on
to the present infractions. The purpose of the warning level is to reflect
that A) moderators and administrator are aware of a problem and B) prevent
flaming emails, personal messages (PM) and topic replies which can be
as troublesome as the original post.
