Marvin was introduced to the Balloon Twisting in 1980 while
working as a
volunteer in a youth program at Hill Air Force Base in Utah.
He published his first
balloon instruction books in 1983 under the title “Balloon
Magic”. He has been
directly associated with Pioneer Balloon Company since 1985.
He is the author of
the Balloon Magic books and videos that are distributed throughout
the world by
Pioneer Balloon Company. He is also the Industry Editor of
Balloon Magic the
Magazine.
Marvin was awarded the Crystal for his
outstanding contributions to the
Worldwide balloon industry at the International Balloon Arts
Convention in Orlando,
Florida in August 1994. The Crystal is the highest honor
the balloon industry can
bestow. He was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award for
twenty years of
continued service to the Balloon Industry at the International
Balloon Arts
Convention in Las Vegas Nevada in March, 2000.
Marvin has traveled extensively for the past 27 years,
decorating, conducting workshops, and performing magic throughout
the World. Marvin has
developed a worldwide reputation as multi-lingual performer,
lecturer and
instructor. He generously shares his expertise with audiences
wherever he goes.

Ken Ernsberger has been sculpting balloons and performing
magic for thirteen years. He became involved with balloons
and magic to fill a need for teaching aids in his children’s
church ministry. Ken loves to share what he has learned
from others with his own little twists and tweaks added in.

Angel Contreras
Mokena, IL, USA
Angle Contreras has been creating illustrations for clowns
and magicians since 1995. He has been on staff at Clown Camp® since
1998 teaching clowns the art of simple cartooning and developing
his own frolicking clown character named simply, Mr. Angel.
He has had the pleasure of illustrating for hundreds of clowns
from all over the world, including places such as Japan,
Malaysia, England, Australia, Bermuda, and even Wisconsin!
Angel has been an instructor, teaching cartooning to clowns
at the Midwest Clown Round-up, FCM, Next Step, Comedy Magic
Workshop, Circus Magic and Clownfest. There have been Angel
sightings at WCA and COAI Conventions, Randy Christensen's
IMPACT Conferences, and various clown alleys as well.
Angel provides the clown community with skilled, fun illustrations
for self promotional use, and has developed clown focused
merchandise such as tee-shirts, tote bags, note cards, note
pads and caps. Angel has currently put out a line of clown
stickers as well. Will his mind ever stop??? Beware his pen,
he has one and is not afraid to use it!
