Using Social Media to Spread a Message

Orland Hills, IL, February 24, 2011– Sitting in a room typing words, pressing a buttons and now the world knows about your accomplishments.  That is what Dale Obrochta does at a typical day at DEO Consulting Inc. “In days long along, I would just post a new webpage, but with all the social media outlets, blogs and news feeds it is difficult to get your message out there” says Obrochta.  For years now he has been implementing technology to help automate the process of getting new photos, stories, and articles that he has produced to the general public and fans.

Recently, Obrochta has mapped his entire social media distribution and implement new RSS feeder to help distribute the six blogs, 1 article website, Twitter, Google Buzz, LinkedIn, press releases and etc.  “It’s a maze of lines all over the place” says Obrochta; but he feels the time invested in strategically planning his media distribution is well worth it in the long run.

Presently, you can see the results of hours of planning and organizing with the distribution of information that is pouring into four different Facebook Fan Pages.  Each page receives different information for each specific profile, giving readers a reason to follow, while not insuring information is not overlapped.
