Orland Hills, IL October 6, 2006 – The South Suburban Special Recreation Association (SSRA) hired Magical Balloon-dude Dale to entertain at this years SSRA Halloween party. Dale will be entertaining the special need children and families who participate in the SSRA program. This private event will happen on October 7, 2006 at the SSRA facilities in Frankfort, IL.
