Pulaski, Midlothian, IL. This free balloon jam is open to anybody looking to learn about balloon entertaining. The balloon jam starts at 5:00 pm and ends at 9:00 pm CST. This is the second mbd2.com balloon jam that will be broadcasted using web cam equipment. Two web cams will be broadcasting for home audiences participating around the world. In April 2006, 30 people viewed the event while another 50 twisted and lectured at mbd2.com balloon jam 8.
