Magical Balloon-dude Dale is Chicago’s premiere balloon entertainer, who will be entertaining from 10:30 a.m. -1:00 p.m. at the Countryside Panda Express. Dale’s entertainment is geared for the families and his balloon twisting skills are awesome to watch, let alone to get one of his masterpiece balloon sculptures.
