Dale has been twisting balloons for Chicago Bulls fans since the United Center opened in 1994. Look for Dale between ages 5 & 6 where he will be twisting balloon hats for all the Bull’s fans who want them. It doesn't matter your age, everyone gets a balloon hat.
Magical Balloon-dude Dale will be at the United Center on January 10th, located between gates 5& 6 from the time of 6:00-7:30 p.m. Balloons provided free of charge, complements of the Chicago Bulls.
